How long will it take to get my visitors?

Once your campaign has been approved, usually within 24 hours, your site will be live on our network. Depending on the category and targeting you may get many visitors daily, some days you might see your visits drop. We guarantee we will live up to the details of your campaign requirements.

Do you sell hits?

Hit: The number of hits a site receives is usually much greater than the number of visitors it gets. That's because a web page can contain more than one file. For example, each graphic element is a separate file, so a page with nine graphics would count as ten hits, one for each graphic and one for the HTML file. In this scenario a page may have 10,000 hits, but only 1,000 visits."

Visit: A series of page requests by a visitor on a given site within a specified period, usually 30 minutes. Visits usually break down into the number of pages requested per visit per unique user. That way you know who visits your site, how often they come and how long they stay. We count unique visits not hits.

Do you generate visitors using SPAM?

NO. The visitors are real users from our own and partner networks.

Do you have any site restrictions?

Your site must be legal in the United States and must not generate any popup windows unless you purchase our special packages where popups are allowed. We can only send traffic to websites with content that is appropriate for a general audience. Please, no sites with illegal content, hate text or sites that promote illegal activities.

My counter shows that you did not deliver the visitors I purchased - can I have a refund?

Third party counters normally use an image to help them count. Many factors can influence their count, such as the image may not have loaded, the connection between your site and their site might be congested. We pay our publishers display your ad and are paid per view. Quite simply, our stats are real because our publisher's want to get paid.

What happen if people use pop-up killers?

If your page is not shown you do not pay. We only count pages that are displayed on our publisher's sites.

I used my own server log files and I only received 90%?

This is what most large advertising networks accept as the standard. Due to the nature of the Internet it is impossible not to loose traffic. Most of the customer campaigns sent from our ad server receive above 98% of the visitors sent. The last portion is lost due to congestion on the Internet, slow servers, limited bandwidth, 404 error on the receiving server, etc. While other companies will tell you that you always receive 100% the fact remains that no traffic supplier can tell how much traffic will be lost between the ad server and the server where your campaign page are stored.

Terms of service

You are guaranteed that Advertisers-Secrets.com will send the number of visitors to the URL you specify within 30 business days or otherwise specified. This is the only guarantee for this service. Advertisers-Secrets.com cannot be responsible in any way for the URL actually loading in the visitor's browser. As a consequence, it is possible that not all visitors sent will create an actual count. Even if the visitor closes the window before it completely loads due to slow loading, large graphic files or general lack of interest, that it will still count as a delivered visitor on our system as we have sent the user to your site and therefore fulfilled our obligation. In no event shall Advertisers-Secrets.com be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the package, even if Advertisers-Secrets.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If we are unable to deliver the number of visitors promised within 30 days, you may claim a refund. In the unlikely event that Advertisers-Secrets.com does not deliver the number of visitors promised, we will provide a refund of your entire purchase price on a pro-rata basis. In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered. Stats, data and other information from third party counters (e.g. Extreme-DM.com, hitbox, HyperTracker, Free-Stats) are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count.

When you purchase a campaign you understand and agree that the statistics system utilized by Advertisers-Secrets.com will serve as the official record of traffic delivered.

Advertisers-Secrets.com will not be held responsible for traffic not received on your campaign page but sent from our ad server during down time on any components on the Internet or on a clients site for any reason and any traffic delivered under these conditions will not be credited or refunded.

All traffic will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted URL, the Client will not hold Advertisers-Secrets.com responsible for the error. Any traffic delivered to a Client's site reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled to a refund. In the event that the Client's site becomes unavailable for any reason, like 'server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure', the Client will not hold Advertisers-Secrets.com responsible for these errors. All and any traffic delivered to the Client's site during this down time will not be credited or refunded.

Advertisers-Secrets.com does not guarantee sales, nor will we be held responsible if none are generated. We will send visitors to your site. This is the only guarantee for this service.

Advertisers-Secrets.com do NOT allow campaign pages with any kind of popup windows, exit windows or any other kind of extra generated window including system message windows and javascript alert windows, unless specified in the package description. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window. You may NOT use any JavaScript to modify the window size. Your campaign page may not have any MUSIC/SOUNDS or JAVA APPLETS on the page we popup to. Attempting to use any JavaScripts that change people's homepages or add your Web site to their favorites is prohibited.

No exceptions!

If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, Advertisers-Secrets.com WILL stop the campaign and you will NOT be entitled to a refund.

Advertisers-Secrets.com will not deliver general traffic to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience unless you specific order casino or adult traffic. Inappropriate content when delivering traffic includes, but is not limited to, adult content, hate text, illegal content (in the US) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of Advertisers-Secrets.com. Advertisers-Secrets.com will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, Advertisers-Secrets.com will stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be provided a refund on a pro-rata basis.

Advertisers-Secrets.com cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site, popup killers and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the program you are ordering.

TERMINOLOGY: (1) In the present context, a visit generally occurs when a text file is loaded from your server (this includes HTML files). A hit occurs when a file is loaded from your web server. Since loading a single web page can cause several files to load (e.g. images), several hits usually occur when a page is loaded. Thus, the number of hits is always greater than (or equal to) the number of visits. The term "number of visitors" is interchangeable with the term "number of visits". Several "visits" may originate from a single IP address or individual. This generally occurs when an individual returns to or reloads a webpage. (2) "Pro-rata" refunds are calculated by dividing the number of visits we delivered by the number of visits you ordered. The result of this calculation is subtracted from 1 and the resulting figure is multiplied by your purchase price to derive the "pro-rata" refund. (3) Targeted campaigns are any campaign that is language, category, or site specific. Non-targeted are not language, category or site specific.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency having jurisdiction, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
